Property inspections

​Part of the management process is making sure your property is well cared for and maintained in order maximise the potential capital value of your property. Inspections are therefore carried out on a regular basis with full written reports provided to landlords. These reports indicate the manner in which the tenant is caring for your property and are also a means of assessing maintenance requirements.

Computerised Accounting & Report

​Enables us to accurately monitor tenant payments and arrears.
Accesses electronic banking facilities for direct crediting to Landlords and direct payments from tenants. We can arrange payments to owners twice a month.
Provides detailed rental statements and comprehensive annual financial reports.
We arrange payment of all outgoings associated with the property, the details of which appear on rental statements and financial reports.
Arranging & maintaining insurance cover.
Attendance to insurance claims as & when required.

Tenant Selection

​Selection of tenants based on our stringent application process which includes;
  • Confirmation of current and previous employment;
  • Rental history and obtaining references;
  • Credit checks, identification checks;
  • Access to national tenancy database (TICA)
All applications are submitted to landlords for final approval.
We work not on the first application received, but on the first good application received.
